Shiraz 2007

Shiraz 2007

assessment
Colour: Deep rich red with strong crimson meniscus.

Bouquet: An intense and complex nose showing liquorice, plums, spice and a hint of black pepper character. These are harmoniously backed by quality French oak characters of char and cedar.

Palate: Rich and powerful wine with a robust structure. Spicy plum and dense mulberries fruit flavours are balanced by the quality French oak characters. Spice and a hint of cloves run through the palate. The wine has great structure with excellent balance of firm , robust tannins and fine acidity. The wine is beautifully integrated and has wonderful length.
