Colour: Deep rich
red with strong crimson meniscus.
Bouquet:
An intense and complex nose showing liquorice, plums, spice and a hint of
black pepper character. These are harmoniously backed by quality French oak
characters of char and cedar.
Palate:
Rich and powerful wine with a robust structure. Spicy
plum and dense mulberries fruit flavours are balanced by the quality French
oak characters. Spice and a hint of cloves run through the palate. The wine
has great structure with excellent balance of firm , robust tannins and fine
acidity. The wine is beautifully integrated and has wonderful length.
